Job summary

GDIT is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA, supporting Government activities. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable UI applications using a microservices architecture, building modular components that integrate with backend services.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a BS in CS or engineering, and strong skills in HTML, Jakarta EE, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
10+ years of related experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience programming web and client/server applications using Java, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with database design and querying (SQL, Oracle).
Demonstrated hands-on experience with REST APIs and Agile environments.
Security Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.
