Job summary

Hypori is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own front-end architecture for the Hypori Console, a React/TypeScript interface backed by Java and Go microservices. You will lead UI decisions, collaborate with product managers and users, and deliver end-to-end features across the stack.

You will mentor engineers, establish component libraries, and ensure accessibility, security, and observability are baked into the frontend workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development with strong front-end depth.
• Ability to architect scalable enterprise web apps and guide front-end decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical work across teams.
• Strong product sense and design judgment for user-centered interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing practices.
• Secure coding practices and IAM patterns.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Backend proficiency and understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Front-end observability and performance budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Console's front-end architecture including component structure and state management.
• Own end-to-end UI delivery from design to production via REST APIs and backend services.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product and users to shape interaction patterns and UX.
