Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role partners closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong executional speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality.
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong front‑end engineering skills with systems thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex web challenges, building reusable systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve execution and scalability.
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
