CoreWeave in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a Senior Website UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences. In this role, you will partner with various teams to develop user-centered website experiences and modernize design systems.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, deep expertise in responsive layouts, and proficiency in Figma. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, scalable, high‑performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. The role partners closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to create user‑centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion‑focused interfaces.
This individual‑contributor position focuses on designing scalable, user‑friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem. You will work in fast‑paced environments, collaborate across multiple teams, and drive projects from concept to execution.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
