What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, scalable, high‑performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. The role partners closely with developers, marketers, brand teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to create user‑centered website experiences, evolve our design system, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion‑focused interfaces. The ideal candidate delivers polished, production‑ready designs independently while leveraging AI‑powered tools to improve creative efficiency, scalability and quality.

The position is an individual‑contributor role focused on designing scalable, user‑friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while modernizing and streamlining the broader digital ecosystem. It is suited for those who thrive in fast‑paced environments, collaborate across multiple teams and drive projects from concept through execution.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
- Deep expertise in website UI/UX design, interaction design, responsive layouts and modern digital experiences
- Proven experience supporting large‑scale website redesigns, migrations and digital modernization initiatives
- Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns and component libraries
- Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design and conversion‑focused UX best practices
- Experience designing for complex web ecosystems with multiple user journeys, audiences and content types
- Strong experience building high‑fidelity prototypes and incorporating thoughtful animations and transitions into modern digital experiences
- Ability to translate business, marketing and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant and scalable user experiences
- Passionate about leveraging AI‑powered tools and workflows to improve design speed, quality, research, ideation and scalability
- Strong understanding of developer handoff workflows and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering teams
- Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and consistency
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
- Expert‑level experience with Figma, advanced prototyping, interactive user flows, motion design, animations and developer handoff workflows
- Experience building and evolving scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns and component‑based digital ecosystems
- Strong visual design sensibilities with a deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility and modern web aesthetics
- Experience designing intuitive, conversion‑focused user experiences across complex website ecosystems and user journeys
- Experience creating high‑fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes and polished interaction models to communicate design intent
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with front‑end developers to ensure high‑quality implementation and scalable digital experiences
- Experience working in high‑growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud or infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
- Experience using analytics, heatmaps, experimentation or user behavior tools to inform UX decisions
- Understanding of modern SEO/AE optimization best practices
- Experience contributing to scalable design documentation, governance and workflow standards

What We Offer
Base salary range: $135,000 to $198,000. Starting salary is determined by employment‑related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. Compensation also includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program.
