Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of professional front-end engineering experience.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD as primary tools for architectural design, iterate design, enhance user satisfaction and functional efficiency.
• Experience with Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end architecture for large-scale applications and define standards for modular architecture and state management.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap for the front-end ecosystem and drive adoption of advanced Angular patterns.
• Lead the development and governance of a comprehensive design system aligning Figma/Adobe XD with the Angular component library.
• Partner with design leads and product management to influence product design at ideation and ensure alignment with user journeys.
• Set enterprise standards for accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and AI-enabled interface patterns within Angular ecosystem.
• Mentor senior engineers, facilitate architectural deep-dives, drive technical consensus, and foster design-driven engineering culture.
