Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or 8+ years with a Master’s Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Proven experience in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting FE Design Verification flows and CAD infrastructure for large-scale, high-performance projects.
• Expertise in flow-based regression management; strong debugging and coverage analysis skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools including Synopsys VCS, IES, and RTL architecture tools; hands-on xprop configuration for VCS/IES.
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, Perforce, and Git-P4 interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance of Verification Flows: design, support, and improve complex verification flows; maintain regression tools for project demands.
• Regression Management & Triage: lead regression management systems; manage triage and troubleshoot regression/coverage issues.
• EDA Tool & Vendor Management: liaison with Synopsys and other EDA vendors for tool support and issue resolution.
• RTL Architecture Tool Deployment & Support: deploy and maintain tools for RTL Architecture within FE verification flows.
• Version Control Expertise: leverage Git, Perforce, and Git-P4 to streamline workflows.
