Job summary
RXinsider LTD. is building a new engineering team to develop and scale a modern, cloud-native healthcare technology platform.
The role focuses on end-to-end front-end development, EHR integrations, and SMART on FHIR launches, with a strong emphasis on mapping clinical data to UI models. You will own the front-end, implement EHR integrations and CDS Hooks, and work to ship polished production front-end code within a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience building production front-end apps in React/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems.
- Experience shipping a production SMART on FHIR app.
- Working knowledge of FHIR R4 and OAuth 2.0/PKCE.
- Hands-on CDS Hooks implementation experience.
- Experience handling PHI in a HIPAA environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the complete front-end application and all workflows from initial build to production support.
- Implement SMART on FHIR launch and consume FHIR R4 resources under read-only constraints, aligned to USCDI v3.
- Develop and own EHR/FHIR data mappings to the UI model.
- Create reusable integration patterns to support future EHR connections.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver secure, reliable software.
