Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to design and develop observability UIs for a global satellite-terrestrial network. You will work with software and network engineers to deliver high quality, secure, fault‑tolerant web interfaces across surfaces and devices.

Bring 4+ years in front-end development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and frameworks like React.JS, AngularJS or Vue to implement scalable visualizations and dashboards in a fast-paced space environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional front end development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience building enterprise web apps or workflows with modern frameworks.
• Experience with MVC/MVM frameworks (React.JS, AngularJS, Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver modern, scalable UIs for satellite observability and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to meet business needs.
• Utilize AWS and Amazon tech to build highly available solutions.
• Create reusable UI components and design-system patterns for consistency.
• Own quality across features: unit, component, and integration tests.
• Participate in code/design reviews and technical discussions.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor other Front-End Engineers on planning and implementation.
