Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead front-end design, development, and delivery of web interfaces for our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, user-friendly applications that meet business goals and energy-sector needs.

You will mentor junior engineers, write clean, documented code, and stay current with front-end best practices. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems; plus five (5) years of related experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree; plus seven (7) years of related experience; five (5) years in Java/JEE stacks, Spring, and ORM/web tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of front-end components and interfaces for software products.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Collaborate with back-end, UX/UI, and product teams to build scalable, user-centric web applications.
