Job summary

Striveworks is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer in a fully remote or hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You will build and refine the next generation of our AI/ML operations platform, collaborating with data scientists, designers, and DevOps to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences.

You’ll apply React expertise, modern CSS, and design systems to production apps, with a focus on maintainability, performance, and usability. US citizenship with eligibility for clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 6+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, design patterns, responsive design, and modern CSS.
• Proven experience building production web apps with React.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Next.js and Vite; tests with Playwright and Jest.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and using Git.
• Knowledge of component libraries and design systems like Material UI.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling and keeping code quality high.
