Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-visibility team building next-generation defense software with strong front-end expertise.

You will design full-stack solutions focusing on front-end architecture, collaborate with systems engineers, and ensure compliance with DoD/DoW standards while delivering robust, secure UI components. Travel is occasional; US citizenship and ability to obtain secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or in-progress) in a technical field related to software engineering.
• 5-8 years of hands-on software development experience, including internships or projects.
• Experience with front-end development and React.
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ and familiarity with software-hardware interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack software with emphasis on front-end architecture and UX.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate design feasibility and select suitable technologies.
• Ensure development practices meet DoD/DoW standards and security requirements.
• Develop intuitive front-end user interfaces.
• Work with UX designers and other developers across the stack.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Ensure applications are robust, maintainable, and secure.
• Travel occasionally for team collaboration or system integration events.
