Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software and AI-enabled tools for defense-related programs. You will apply software architecture expertise to build secure, reusable solutions supporting internal and government customers.

You will engage in hands-on coding, system design, testing, and DevSecOps practices, with opportunities to work across AI/ML initiatives and containerized deployments, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software deployment infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Python, Docker, version control, backend APIs.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using platforms such as GitLab.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software in scalable applications and backend APIs using Python and Docker, with AI/ML integration.
• Support AI/ML programs by developing and optimizing ML algorithms and components using LangChain and PyTorch with vector databases like Milvus/Chroma.
• Containerize and deploy software using Docker and Kubernetes for secure, portable execution across environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices with GitLab or similar platforms.
• Maintain software quality and security following best practices and government cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and system integrators across multiple programs.
• Innovate by evaluating emerging technologies to improve performance and scalability.
• Travel as needed for customer and event support.
