Job summary

Bask Health is seeking an experienced full‑stack engineer to partner with the CEO and CTO to design infrastructure and product experiences for telehealth. You will own key surfaces end to end and write elegant, well‑tested code in a multi‑tenant Next.js/React environment.

This role blends AI with product delivery: draft intent with LLMs, prototype quickly, and ship with a focus on reliability, accessibility, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Experience with building paid products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences end to end.
• Follow a feature from UI to API to database with no handoffs.
• Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code in real workflows.
• Prototype quickly and validate with real users and patients.
• Build scalable, well-architected codebases for future features.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack.
• Document prompts and workflows to accelerate team speed.
• Collaborate across leadership and care teams in a startup setting.
