Job summary

Bask Health is hiring software engineers to join a small, entrepreneurial team building the backbone of telehealth infrastructure. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO, shipping end-to-end product experiences on a serverless stack (Next.js, React, tRPC, Prisma, SST) with a strong AI-first approach.

You will prototype quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and own features from concept to production, with a focus on reliability and patient outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped web apps in production
• Strong React/TS/Next.js experience
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent communication
• Experience building paid products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences
• Work across the stack from UI to database with no handoffs
• Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code
• Prototype fast and validate with real users
• Build for scale and own the codebase
• Make automation legible and trustworthy
