Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to build fast, scalable web applications in a startup environment. You’ll own UI components, design-system work, and real-time interfaces with dashboards and charts.

Expect collaboration with Design, robust performance tuning, and modern tooling across the stack. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of frontend experience, deep React/TypeScript knowledge, and hands-on with Next.js SSR/SSG, WebSocket streams, and data-dense UIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend or UI engineering experience.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks.
• Experience building real-time or data-dense interfaces.
• Deep understanding of browser rendering, CSS, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Zustand, Redux, or Jotai for state management.
• Experience with WebSocket/streaming APIs on frontend.
• Solid accessibility and responsive design expertise.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
