Hard Rock Digital is shaping the future of online sports betting, integrating brand with cutting-edge web technologies. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Developer to lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, responsive websites and email campaigns.

You will collaborate with design and back-end teams to craft engaging email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensure deliverability, and stay ahead of industry trends in a hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HTML Developer or similar role with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Experience in online gambling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure email and landing page designs are optimized for deliverability and performance across devices and email clients.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate design mock-ups into functional web pages.
• Work closely with the back-end team to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
• Support on-going A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and landing page performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to email rendering and landing page functionality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and web development.
• Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and landing pages where needed.
• Work with third-party email marketing platforms to set up, test, and deploy campaigns.
