Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Marketing Developer to lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, responsive websites. You will craft visually compelling pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, translating designs into functional realities.

You will collaborate with designers and backend teams to optimize email templates, landing pages, and campaigns, supporting A/B testing, performance tuning, and accessibility. Experience in online gambling is a plus.

Qualifications

As a Senior Marketing Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, responsive websites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our web solutions are both visually appealing and technically robust. Responsibilities

• Develop and code responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ensure all email and landing page designs are optimized for maximum deliverability and performance across various devices and email clients.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mock-ups into functional web pages.

• Work closely with the back-end team to integrate APIs and dynamic content.

• Support on-going A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and landing page performance.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to email rendering and landing page functionality.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and web development.

• Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and landing pages where needed.

• Work with third-party email marketing platforms to set up, test, and deploy campaigns.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in the online gambling sector is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS

• Proven experience as an HTML Developer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work on email templates and landing pages.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and their capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Working knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO principles and their application in web development.
