Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional Front-End development experience.
• Portfolio showcasing responsive, accessible web apps.
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS preferred, Angular or Vue.js acceptable).
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, NgRx) and testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with cloud-native web apps and AWS services; containerization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end web apps using ReactJS.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code (HTML, CSS, JS, TS, React).
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks for fast user experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices including security & testing.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
