Job summary

Central Point Partners seeks a Senior Design Technologist to bridge design and engineering, building the foundations for prototyping and leading our UI refresh onto modern design systems.

You will streamline how design work ships to production, prototype with a Claude library, and define patterns that prevent tech debt while accelerating delivery across teams in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end background with experience in design systems or component libraries.
• Experience configuring repos end-to-end: structure, guidelines, versioning, CI.
• Hands-on experience with design system tooling (Figma, design tokens, Code Connect).

Responsibilities

• Prototype foundations: build and maintain Claude prototyping library for teams.
• UI refresh: lead technical kickoff, define components and patterns.
• Accelerate handoff: align with Product Design to speed design-to-code delivery.
