Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• Experience leading software development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience designing front-end architectures and reusable component frameworks.
• Full-stack development experience including backend APIs and data flows.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience Agile development and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers, providing direction, standards, design guidance, and code reviews.
• Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions with modern frameworks and reusable components.
• Translate UX/UI designs into accessible, production-ready interfaces.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software based on requirements.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs.
• Contribute to full-stack development including backend services and deployment pipelines.
• Review, test, debug, and document software components and performance.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG/Section 508 compliance in interfaces.
