Summation is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to lead front-end architecture and experience at our Bellevue location. This role involves hands-on product development, where you'll own the user interface and work closely with the CTO and design team.

We’re looking for someone with over 8 years of engineering experience and a strong background in building analytics-rich, interactive interfaces. You'll have the autonomy to shape the product while influencing our growing team's direction.

This is a hybrid role tailored for innovative engineers wanting to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years of front-end product development.
• Experience building a product from zero to one.
• A track record of shipping features and iterating based on feedback.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end architecture and user experience from concept through shipping.
• Set standards for front-end quality and performance.
• Partner with the CTO and design team to translate ideas into interfaces.
