Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Front-End/Full-Stack Developer for a full-time role in Sacramento, CA. The candidate will help maintain and advance an IDW architecture leveraging GenBI, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms in AWS and Snowflake.

Responsibilities include UI/UX design for analytics dashboards, React-based interfaces, and AI/ML model prototyping, with emphasis on governance, security, and scalable pipelines. Expect a hybrid on-site schedule in West Sacramento 2–3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end UX/UI design for analytics dashboards.
• 4+ years building scalable UIs with React.
• 2+ years with Chainlit or Streamlit for AI/ML solutions.
• 2+ years latency handling and async UX patterns.
• 2+ years building chat interfaces and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide client references and be able to submit reference forms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics dashboards with UI/UX principles.
• Leverage Chainlit/Streamlit and React for interactive reporting.
• Integrate with Snowflake, AWS Bedrock/AWS SageMaker; use SQL APIs.
• Develop automated tests for NLP/SQL outputs and model prompts.
• Lead AI/ML prototyping and support GenBI deployment and governance.
