Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to support freight costs and transportation spend. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Freight Audit teams to improve cost visibility, accuracy, and control.

The role focuses on managing freight accruals, evaluating costs and terms, and driving process improvements to reduce financial leakage while enhancing reporting and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or finance operations.
Proficient in Excel and data tools.
Experience with SQL/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage freight cost and financial analysis, ensuring accruals are accurate and reconciled.
Analyze freight spend, variances, and cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop reporting to provide visibility into freight costs and financial performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize freight liability and support carrier recovery.
Lead process improvements to enhance freight cost accuracy and controls.
