Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk.
• Uses Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau and other relational databases to support fraud strategies and ensure goals are met.
• Evaluates data to assess potential fraud risk and develops mitigation strategies.
• Proposes policy changes within segmentation structures to optimize results.
• Leads production of product performance reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce fraud loss exposure and improve customer experience.
