Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Fraud Project and Strategy Program Manager to lead digital money movement fraud initiatives and strategy across products and channels. The role requires coordinating with product, technology, operations, and external partners to prevent fraud while maintaining a strong client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fraud, strong SAS/SQL querying experience, and proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fraud experience.
• 4+ years' experience in SAS or SQL querying.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proven communication skills in describing complex issues to inform strategic insights and decision.

Responsibilities

• Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance.
• Leads large-scale initiatives to improve risk management, profitability, and control oversight.
• Identifies business trends and communicates findings to senior management.
• Coach employees on structuring complex problems and communicating results effectively.
• Maintain relationships with peers across product, technology, and business control functions.
