Job summary

Félix is hiring a Senior Fraud Analyst for Consumer Lending, a high-visibility hybrid role reporting to the Head of Credit Risk. You will define and mitigate fraud in the Send Now Pay Later product, building prevention frameworks and detecting sophisticated attack vectors across conversational interfaces and digital lending.

You will own analytics, policy design, and collaboration with risk, operations, and compliance teams to keep growth secure and profitable, with autonomy and a strong bias

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on fraud risk management in consumer lending, BNPL, or digital wallets.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to manipulate data autonomously.
• Experience with modern decision engines and ML risk models.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication to translate fraud patterns into business risk.
• Ability to move from data insight to policy execution quickly and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Define first‑party fraud typologies for the lending product.
• Own repayment fraud and chargeback analytics for SNPL payments.
• Drive and manage fraud KPIs (fraud rate, false positives, chargeback-to-sales).
• Design and optimize automated and manual investigation policies with Ops.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Data teams to refine ML models and rules in Taktile workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on SARs and abuse patterns.
