Job summary

Félix is building a fintech platform for Latin immigrants in the U.S. in a hybrid role based in Miami. We seek a Senior Fraud Analyst for Consumer Lending to protect unit economics of our SNPL product and to lead data-driven fraud prevention across conversations and digital lending.

You will define fraud typologies, own analytics, and work with Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to keep growth secure and profitable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on fraud risk management in consumer lending or BNPL.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation; Python or R and BI tools.
• Experience with modern decision engines (Taktile/Provenir) and ML models.
• Strong cross-functional communication; translate fraud patterns to business risk.
• Autonomous builder mentality with fast policy execution.

Responsibilities

• Define first-party fraud typologies for conversational lending.
• Own repayment fraud and chargeback analytics for SNPL payments.
• Drive fraud KPI ownership across the lending vertical.
• Design and scale automated block and investigation policies.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Data teams on ML models and rules in production.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on SARs and abuse patterns.
