Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Analyst in Consumer Credit & Residual Value Risk to join the Credit Risk team in Plano, TX. You will lead analytics across auto loan, auto lease, and mortgage portfolios, delivering insights to senior management.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in consumer credit risk, strong data skills (Excel/SQL/Python/Tableau), and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly while partnering with risk, finance, and operations to strengthen risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor consumer credit performance across auto loan, auto lease, and mortgage portfolios.
• Lead residual value risk analytics and reporting for the auto lease portfolio.
• Analyze origination trends, portfolio behavior, delinquency, losses, and recoveries.
• Track risk indicators and threshold exceptions; escalate emerging risks.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Support analyses for regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
• Develop materials for the board of directors and risk committees.
• Partner with risk, finance, credit, operations, and compliance teams.
• Maintain documentation and data quality standards for portfolio risk reporting.
• Assist in dashboards and scorecards to improve risk visibility.
• Contribute to policy, process, and control enhancements for monitoring.
