Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing for multi-family projects.
• Supervise punch-out staff and laborers for timely project completion.
• Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.

Skills

Hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing

Knowledge of framing methods and materials

Supervisory skills in construction management

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Experience with Procore Construction Management software
