Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking an electrical design engineer to advance firmware and hardware integration for complex PCIe-based systems.

You will develop a portion of the Test Controller firmware, design PCIe interfaces and interface blocks for JTAG, SPI and I2C, and build DRAM controllers. Collaboration with hardware and software teams will be essential to bring-up and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5 years of relevant design experience with PCI interfaces and design of interface blocks for serial buses: JTAG, SPI and I2C.
• Experience with FPGA controlling board functions and firmware design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portion of the Test Controller firmware and design the PCIe interface.
• Design interface blocks for JTAG, SPI and I2C and DRAM controllers.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for bring-up, driver development and documentation.
