Liberty Defense in the United States invites an experienced Senior FPGA/HW Engineer to join a growing team developing radar and mm-wave screening platforms for aviation and commercial markets.

The role focuses on selecting, developing, and integrating FPGAs for system-level designs, spanning hardware control, high-speed links, IP blocks, and hardware-accelerated algorithms and filters.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog RTL; FPGA experience on Altera or Xilinx devices.
• Hands-on debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Familiar with verification methodologies, RTL and gate-level simulations.
• Experience with FPGA peripherals and I/O subsystems (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SPI, I2C).
• Excellent communication and adaptability to diverse challenges.

Responsabilités

• Develop, validate, and integrate FPGA designs for system-level use.
• Collaborate with RF, Mechanical, System and Software teams on hardware designs.
• Provide lab support and debugging of embedded hardware and interfaces.
