Qualifications

• 6+ years FPGA/digital design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE or related field.
• Strong FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience with Xilinx devices; Altera/Client FPGA considered.
• Proficiency in VHDL/HDL.
• Experience with digital logic design, simulation, implementation, debugging.
• Experience with SDR or RF/digital signal systems.
• Understanding of physical-layer communications (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth).
• Knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience with testbenches, simulation, automation, debugging.
• Hands-on hardware testing of FPGA designs in lab.
• Familiarity with Git, TFS or similar revision control.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Hybrid on-site attendance for hardware/lab work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test FPGA-based systems from architecture to lab verification.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership or mentoring.
• Perform FPGA implementation, hardware integration, and lab testing.
• Create and debug testbenches and simulation workflows.
• Analyze and optimize RTL for performance and reliability.
• Ensure security clearance requirements are met.
