Qualifications

• Strong experience with FPGA design and HDL-based development.
• Proven ability to document FPGA design and development.

Responsibilities

• Implement FPGA-based designs for embedded controllers in semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with process, systems, software, electrical, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
• Own requirements, design, and implementation including hardware, FPGA, firmware and algorithms.
• Influence HW/SW/FPGA partitioning decisions.
• Design and develop interfaces to peripheral devices (RTDs, sensors, actuators, motors).
• Model signal paths in Matlab and port to RTL for FPGA execution.
