Job summary

You will own designs from concept to production, collaborate across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing groups, and continually evaluate new technologies to ensure safety and performance of the da Vinci system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 8+ years of experience designing complex FPGA modules.
• Fluent in System-Verilog/Verilog; VHDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own entire FPGA designs from concept to production.
• Develop modular FPGA content for shared applications.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical and Manufacturing teams.
• Design, implement, and verify FPGA designs for safety-critical robotics systems.
• Build and maintain a world-class FPGA design platform.
