Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Ohio Professional Engineer license.
• 10+ years’ experience in structures or bridge discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower; prepare invoices.
• Develop Project Management Plans for assigned projects.
• Perform design computations.
• Establish project pricing and budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain project quality plans.
• Develop and coordinate project scope.
• Manage subconsultants.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Oversee and manage assigned staff on the project.
• Coordinate marketing proposals with Section Heads and Practice Leaders.
• Lead project teams with coaching and performance management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
