Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters using LVDS, JESD204B/C, or RFSoC.
• Hands-on experience with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design.
• Strong VHDL and Verilog/SystemVerilog skills.
• Ownership of FPGA development lifecycle from architecture to verification.
• Timing constraints and timing closure expertise.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces: DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, Ethernet, JESD204B/C.
• IP tuning for high-speed serial interfaces.
• Experience supporting FPGA/DSP carrier boards and FMC modules.
• Familiar with Vivado Simulator and ILAs.
• Experience with Intel/ARM interfaces, DDR memory, MPSoC, RFSoC.
• Ability to review schematics with hardware engineers.
• Technical leadership, independent problem-solving, ownership.
• Proficiency in TCL, Python, C/C++, Embedded Linux.
• Flexibility to work across hardware/software boundaries.
