Tom Trese Networking LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Senior FPGA Engineer to own end-to-end FPGA development for advanced embedded computing products. You will translate system requirements into robust FPGA architectures, lead implementation and verification, and work with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, verification, and collaboration across disciplines to support both new products and existing platforms in a high-performance environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters using LVDS, JESD204B/C, or RFSoC.
• Hands-on AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design experience.
• Strong VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Ownership of FPGA development lifecycle.
• Timing constraints and timing closure expertise.
• Experience with DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, multi-gigabit Ethernet, JESD204B/C.
• IP high-speed serial interfaces and FPGA/DSP carrier boards.
