Job summary

GT Independence in Sturgis, MI, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A and Treasury team. This hybrid role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business partnership across a multi-state organization.

You will develop driver-based models, translate financial and operating data into actionable insights, and help drive planning and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Develop driver-based financial models aligned with activity, headcount, costs, and assumptions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and KPI reviews.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
