Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture, finance systems, or related tech delivery roles.
• Experience with FP&A processes and finance tech platforms.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• ExperienceLeading large transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BPC, SAP Datasphere, SAP PaPM and SAP FI/CO integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of FP&A solutions using SAC, BPC, PaPM, and related SAP technologies.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business stakeholders to define future-state planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and reporting processes.
• Develop architectures that integrate SAC, PaPM, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, SAP and non-SAP ERPs for a streamlined planning ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, workforce planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Design and govern financial data models, hierarchies, dimensions, business rules, calculations, allocations, and workflow configurations.
• Drive migration toward SAP Analytics Cloud and next-generation finance platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, and ERP teams to ensure data integration, availability, accuracy, and governance.
• Establish best practices for FP&A solution design, master data management, security, performance, and change management.
• Support close, forecast, planning, and management reporting with scalable and automated solutions.
• Evaluate SAP technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve capabilities.
• Lead testing, deployment, user adoption, training, and support for FP&A transformations.
• Mentor junior analysts and developers while guiding project teams.
