Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead Architect for FP&A to shape enterprise finance technology solutions across SAP platforms and related integrations. You will lead architecture for planning, analytics, and governance, partnering with Finance, Security, and Delivery teams.

The role requires deep experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Finance, BPC, and PaPM, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience with FP&A processes and finance technology platforms.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience leading large transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise FP&A solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, PaPM.
• Partner with Finance and Business stakeholders to define future-state planning and reporting.
• Develop architectures that integrate SAC, PaPM, Datasphere, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and ERP environments.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and Technology to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling capabilities.
• Govern data models, hierarchies, and business rules for FP&A.
• Drive migration toward SAP Analytics Cloud and future finance platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, and ERP teams on data integration and governance.
