Qualifications

• Four year degree in business discipline.
• Four years or more experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field.
• Multiple functional experience.
• Knowledge of PC applications.
• Regulatory Finance Acumen - understand how changes affect customer bills.
• Building Partnerships - develop relationships across work groups.
• Decision Support - recommend actions after evaluating options.
• Influencing - gain commitment to actions that add value.
• Continuous Improvement - identify and implement process improvements.
• FP&A, financial reporting, and business analytics with forecasting, modeling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Identifies issues, compares data sources to draw conclusions, and proposes solutions.
• Compiles and formats data for internal and external reporting; researches issues and helps adopt new reporting requirements.
• Supports regulatory initiatives by gathering data and preparing schedules and pro-forma calculations.
• Assists with review and analysis of regulatory documents.
• Understands applicable terminology and applies technical knowledge to processes and tasks.
• Demonstrates knowledge of financial statements, metrics, and strategic initiatives; uses economic data relevant to responsibilities.
• Understands operating plan and collaborates across corporate and business units to develop solutions.
• Documents work thoroughly to ensure quality and traceability.
• Takes action to identify and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
