Lead Financial Analyst

• We are looking to hire someone to work in either our Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville, Indiana office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office)

• We are also open to hire at the Senior level

A strong candidate brings a blend of FP&A, financial reporting, and business analytics expertise, leveraging advanced Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and automation capabilities to transform complex data into actionable insights. They have a proven record of driving process improvements, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering effectively with stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations and measurable business results through a continuous improvement mindset.

Essential Functions

• Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. • Compiles, organizes and formats data, including qualitative analysis required for internal and external reporting. Identifies and researches reporting issues, provides recommendations, assists with the adoption of new reporting requirements. (Reporting)

• Proven success driving process improvements, automation, and scalable reporting solutions across enterprise data environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying Lean and operational excellence principles.

Salary Range*:

$96,600.00 - $144,900.00

The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
