Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial FP&A to drive pricing strategy and financial performance across the company’s commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines; or 6 years related experience in lieu.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or P&L management.
• Strong business acumen with effective decision-making and communication skills.
• Proven ability to structure data and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience managing projects in dynamic environments.
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on improvement and scalability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy for major opportunities including RFPs.
• Execute pricing proposals with accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain financial models (cost-to-serve, price waterfalls, rebates, freight).
• Conduct margin analyses to identify leakage and drive corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, AOP development, and variance analysis with reliable insights.
• Manage pricing and margin reporting; translate data into concise recommendations.
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of pricing, programs, and promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to align pricing decisions.
• Communicate customer and market feedback to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy.
• Contribute to development of pricing tools, processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Build knowledge across SAP, CPQ, Excel, and FP&A systems.
• Manage base price lists to ensure data-driven pricing decisions and monitor EBITDA impact.
• Generate and analyze price performance reports for strategic decisions.
• Determine and review customer segmentation and buying behavior classifications.
• Maintain documentation of pricing and pricing approvals.
• Adhere to safety policies and promote product value.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
