Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close and strategic planning for a $1B+ Shared Services portfolio. You will partner with business leadership to explain performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost management actions across nine functional areas.

You will own end-to-end consolidation, improve data quality, automate reporting, and support PMO governance to scale our finance operations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles.
• 3+ years of budgeting, close, forecasting and planning cycles.
• 3+ years of variance analysis, cost management and business insights.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close and strategic planning for the portfolio.
• Partner with business leadership to identify risks, opportunities and cost actions.
• Streamline reporting, improve data quality and automation within processes.
• Co-lead PMO governance and Central Office management activities.
• Coordinate across finance to meet enterprise deliverables and deadlines.
