Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - FP&A to lead consolidation, reporting, and the creation of management presentations for forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans within the OEPS org. You’ll collaborate with business and finance partners to ensure accurate forecasts and powerful senior leadership insights.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting understanding, and ability to deliver detailed analyses and models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Ability to develop reporting and consolidate results to business partners.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, report and create management presentations for forecasts, budget and strategic plan.
• Collaborate with leaders and finance to ensure accurate reporting of forecasts and budgets.
• Develop financial models and supporting exhibits in PowerPoint for senior leadership.
• Present findings and insights to management and partners to inform decision making.
