Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the global sales financial planning and analysis function. You will drive monthly and quarterly reporting, headcount planning, commission modeling, and revenue forecasting to empower Sales leadership with actionable insights.

You will partner with Sales Ops, HR, and the broader FP&A team to build scalable models, automate variance commentary, and integrate ARR/service metrics with hardware and services revenues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A/finance experience in tech, cybersecurity, or global companies.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookings, billings, revenue recognition, and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly sales reporting with actuals vs forecast and contribution margin insights.
• Model and forecast headcount, compensation, and top-line metrics with accuracy.
• Drive analytics, dashboards, and automation to shorten forecasting cycles.
