Cumberland Farms in Westborough, MA is seeking a highly analytical Manager, FP&A to lead site-level financial reporting, expense management, and executive reporting in support of the Director of FP&A. This role owns detailed site performance analytics and prepares VP-level reporting packages.

The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A leadership, multi-site experience, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own SG&A reporting (month/quarter/year), including budget and forecast process.
• Hire and develop FP&A team to meet goals.
• Partner with FP&A and operations to drive expense management and accountability.
• Prepare department head reporting packages with narrative explanations.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget/forecast/prior periods; articulate root causes.
• Develop and maintain reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and corporate teams for data accuracy and alignment.
• Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and forecast accuracy.
