AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Automotive & Membership LOBs. The role provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis to aid business decisions and partners with Accounting & Finance for consistent messaging.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site weekly), competitive benefits, annual bonus eligibility, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required.
• 6-8+ years’ proven senior financial analyst or higher experience.

Responsibilities

• Support MD in development of LOB forecasts and annual plans.
• Analyze fluctuations between plan/forecast and actuals.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend actions to drive sales and profit.
• Provide insights into drivers of change for key metrics vs prior year.
• Consolidate and analyze budgets, income statements, and forecasts.
