Job summary

Mindful Support Services in Mountlake Terrace, WA, seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting, partnering with leaders across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Marketing, Provider Recruiting, Technology, Clinical Support, Accounting, and Business Analytics to optimize resources and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
• Monitor forecast accuracy; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, business cases, and capital investments.
• Partner with leadership to translate goals into measurable financial plans.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, labor, and operational performance drivers.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasts, and executive insights.
• Build dashboards and automated workflows to improve information access.
• Mentor the Senior Financial Analyst; serve as finance partner to leaders.
